In 1991, the company changed their status to a public limited company and the name of the company was changed from Godrej Properties and Investments Private Limited to Godrej Properties Limited with effect from November 23, 2004. Godrej Properties Limited, the real estate development arm, belonging to the Godrej Group, is one of the leading real estate development companies in India.
