Ramesh Chand Kumawat registered valuer; 2) To consider and approve Business Transfer Arrangement (BTA) for transfer of the Companys business under slump sale. 3) To consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the quarter ended on 31st December 2024 pursuant to regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement 2015. 4) Any other business with the permission of the chair.
