Trading Window Closure: Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Banks Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading it is hereby informed that the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Bank shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Tuesday October 1 2024 till Friday October 25 2024 and hence they are not permitted to trade in the securities of the Bank till Friday October 25 2024.
