Further as intimated earlier in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in the shares of the Company was closed from October 01 2024 and will remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-Year ended on September 30 2024 for the Directors and Key Management Personnel / Designated Persons / Connected Persons of the Company and their relatives.
