Capital Small Finance Bank allots 1.77 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Capital Small Finance Bank has allotted 1,77,750 equity shares under ESOP on 22 November 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 45,24,69,370 consisting of 4,52,46,937 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
