Chalet Hotels Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/10/2024 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30 2024. The Board will also consider raising of funds by way of issue of Non-Convertible Debentures or any other market linked debt instrument subject to receipt of applicable regulatory/ statutory approvals and as may be permitted under applicable laws.
