Further it is also being informed that the trading window shall re-open on Friday August 09 2024 in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as adopted by the Company in compliance of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
