HOWARD HOTELS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/07/2024 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 notice is hereby given that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday July 30 2024 at 04:00 P.M. (IST) inter-alia to consider and adopt the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2024. Further with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors we have already informed vide our letter dated June 25 2024 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 shall remain closed with effect from July 01 2024 and until 48 hours after the declaration of the Companys unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30 2024
