To consider a proposal for conversion of OCDs issued to lenders of the Company pursuant to S4A Scheme into equity shares 4. To consider a proposal to convert outstanding unsecured loan to the persons belonging to Promoter & Promoter Group into equity shares of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 and the Companies Act 2013 as amended subject to such approvals as may be required 5.
