Further the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company which is currently closed in pursuance of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading shall reopen 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 become generally available.
