To consider and approve Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is currently closed for Promoters Directors and Employees of the Company and will re-open after 48 hours subsequent to declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 for the above mentioned purpose.
