Richfield Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/07/2024 inter alia to consider and approve a fresh proposal for voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from the Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited under Regulation 6 of the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations 2021 as amended; however the equity shares will continue to be listed on the BSE Ltd.
