Further as informed vide our letter no. SFL/2024-25/115 dated 26.06.2024 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for the Designated Persons till 48 (forty eight) hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2024.
