Further in compliance of the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading in Securities by Designated Persons trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives / dependents from 1st July 2024 and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2024 as already intimated to stock exchange vide letter dated 28.06.2024.
