To consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30 2024 of the financial year 2024-25 along with Limited Review Report thereon issued by the Auditors of the Company. ii. Recommendation of Final Dividend if any for the financial year ended 31st March 2024.
