CEAT Soars After Q4 PAT Leaps More Than Double to ₹244 Cr
Profit More Than Doubles
CEAT posted a 145.1% YoY surge in consolidated net profit to ₹243.85 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to ₹99.49 crore in Q4 FY25, while revenue from operations advanced 23% YoY to ₹4,219 crore.
Strong QoQ Momentum Too
Q4 PAT also rose 56.9% QoQ from ₹155.40 crore in December 2025, while total income grew 2% sequentially, reflecting consistent execution and improving product mix across replacement and OEM segments.
₹35/Share Dividend Declared
The board recommended a dividend of ₹35 per equity share, 350% of the face value of ₹10, for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM, rewarding investors after a record profit year.
Record Full Year FY26 Performance
For the full year, CEAT crossed ₹15,000 crore in revenue and delivered its highest-ever net profit of ₹697 crore, with market share gains across both replacement and OEM segments and full integration of Camso into its portfolio.
Near-Term Challenges Flagged
MD & CEO Arnab Banerjee said the company has initiated price hikes of ~5% between March and April to counter a sharp 13–15% surge in raw material costs, but further calibrated hikes remain necessary to protect margins going ahead.
