Subsidiaries Set Up in Nigeria and Zambia 
Indus Towers Limited has incorporated two step-down wholly owned subsidiaries: Indus Towers Nigeria Limited and Indus Towers Infra Zambia Limited, both formed on January 15, 2026. 

Part of Global Expansion Strategy 
These subsidiaries will be part of Indus Towers’ push into international telecom infrastructure markets, focusing on establishing and managing tower and wireless network assets. 

Structure & Ownership Details 
The new entities are fully owned step-down subsidiaries of Indus Towers Limited, created to pursue infrastructure business prospects in their respective countries.
