Our Company was originally incorporated under the name Landmark Immigration Consultants Private Limited under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated October 5, 2010 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies Punjab, Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh, Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to Landmark Immigration Consultants Limited vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on March 13, 2024. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on June 20, 2024, by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U74140CH2010PLC032494.

It delivers large, consistent returns in terms of income, and is the most important factor to ensure equity and inclusion. In low and middle-income countries, the share of children living in Learning Poverty (that is, the proportion of 10-yearold children that are unable to read and understand a short age-appropriate text) increased from 57% before the pandemic to an estimated 70% in 2022. However, learning is in crisis. More than 70 million more people were pushed into poverty during the COVID pandemic, a billion children lost a year of school, and three years later the learning losses suffered have not been recouped. If a child cannot read with comprehension by age 10, they are unlikely to become fluent readers. They will fail to thrive later in school and will be unable to power their careers and economies once they leave school.

We offer an integrated Global Consultancy Services which includes (i) Global Education Consultancy (GEC) services to students, aspiring to build career abroad majorly in Canada and (ii) Immigration Consultancy (IC) Services for Tourist/Business and application for Permanent Residency (PR). Within GEC, we assist Students in making smarter educational decisions and within IC, we assist customers in making visa application for tourist or business purpose and who are eligible to obtain a PR in that respective country. Our Company provides a one-stop solution to the students and customers predominantly from various parts of Punjab, Chandigarh and Vadodara.
