Tata Steel Limited, a global steel-production company, is part of the Tata Group and headquartered in Mumbai. Previously known as Tata Iron and Steel Company Limited (TISCO), Tata Steel is one of the top steel-making companies globally, with a yearly unrefined steel limit of 34 million tons. The company operates in 26 countries, with key activities in India, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
