Manav Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Manav Infra Projects Private Limited' on 8th June, 2009. Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Manav Infra Projects Limited' on 2nd February, 2017. Manav Infra Projects, formerly known as Sai Baba Constructions was established in 1995 by the founder Promoter, Mr. Mahendra Raju to serve fast growing infrastructures needs of the country and started work in 2009 known as Manav Infra Projects Private Limited by being a partner-in-progress of clients. Manav is an organization providing infrastructural services and is engaged into the business of civil construction services such as piling, excavation, road construction, land leveling. The key services include excavation, piling and road construction and pre-stressed rock anchoring. The Company completed many infrastructure projects in association with various group companies of Kanakia Group. The projects situated at Chakala, Andheri East, Mumbai was regarding installation and Construction of pile foundation, conduction dynamic and integrity load of test piles and work piles which include the work of Shuttering and casting of tie beams and waller beams including all cutting, teing laying of reinforcement. Further, it completed piling work of Sagbag, Marol, Andheri East Mumbai; Excavation and Hiring Work in Sevens Sagbag, Andheri East Mumbai, Aroha Borivali East Mumbai; Malad Khot Dongari, Malad East Mumbai and HDIL Commercial Basement work, at Chakala Andheri East Mumbai. The Company came up with a Public Issue of 18,36,000 Equity Shares by raising equity funds aggregating Rs 5.51 Cr. in September, 2017. The Company has a complete range of earth moving equipment and machines to perform any type of construction work. It is providing infrastructure services in Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Karnataka, Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
