The rise in sales is due to the recently launched project Ajmera Vihara in Bhandup, which sold 27% of its inventory at launch. Ajmera Greenfinity AB's sales boom maintained, with 38% of inventory sold in less than two quarters after inception. The spike can be seen throughout the firm's portfolio, showing high interest from homebuyers, particularly in Ajmera Manhattan and Ajmera Prive, according to the news statement.
In Q1 FY25, the firm's carpet area sales were 1,30,801 square feet (sq.ft), down 3% year on year but up 16% quarter on quarter. The company's collection for the June quarter was Rs 165 crore (up 49% YoY and down 16% QoQ).
