GR Infraprojects wins Rs 1,457.2 crore highway contract

GR Infraproject's two arms executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). 

 

Two of the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, GR Belgaum Raichur (PACKAGE 5) Highway Private Limited and GR Belgaum Raichur (PACKAGE 6) Highway Private Limited have signed a concession agreement with the NHAI for projects totaling Rs 1,457.2 crore.

 

In Karnataka's Belgaum - Hungund - Raichur Section of NH748A (Ext. SH20), the project comprised four-laning with paved shoulders on a hybrid annuity basis as part of NH(O) (Package 5). The bid project would cost Rs. 716.47 crore and take 730 days to complete.

 

In the Belgaum - Hungund - Raichur Section of NH-748A (Ext. SH-20), four lanes with paved shoulders are being built on a hybrid annuity mode (Package 6) under NH (O). The project's estimated cost is Rs. 740.77 crore, and it must be finished in 730 days from the appointed date.
