Pure Storage and Wipro's FullStride Cloud collaborate to advance sustainable technology

Wipro Limited has announced a partnership between Wipro FullStride Cloud and Pure Storage, a provider of enterprise data storage solutions, in order to assist clients in accelerating their sustainability journeys through the use of technology. By delivering more effective methods to reduce the environmental impact, the objective is to allow clients to develop a more sustainable data centre footprint.

Utilising their technological and sustainability knowledge, Wipro and Pure Storage will integrate sustainable technology industry best practices into their clients' IT infrastructure. The implementation of improvements in the total data centre footprint, the direct carbon emissions from data storage systems, and greater power efficiency will all be part of this, led by international industry standards.

The cooperation will also make reducing e-waste a top impact objective. The emphasis will be on continuously upgrading a variety of components rather than the customary approach of replacing entire systems during hardware upgrades.
