Welspun Enterprises on Wednesday, May 22 said it has emerged as the lowest bidder to construct an access-controlled multi-modal corridor from Navghar to Balavali in Maharashtra.

The company received a letter of acceptance a couple of months ago from the BMC for a 2,000 MLD water treatment plant at Bhandup, sub-urban Mumbai of 4,123 crore rupees where it emerged as the lowest bidder.
The water treatment plant, one of the largest in the world in terms of capacity, is located at BMC’s Bhandup Complex, which is currently supplying drinking water to Mumbai City through existing Water Treatment Plants.
