To invest ₹400 million towards the building of Shriram Grand Two, an affordable housing project in Kolkata, the company agreed with Kotak India Affordable Housing Fund - 1. As of March 31, 2022, the company has 29 finished projects. Its portfolio consisted of 51 projects as of March 31, 2022, divided into ongoing.
