- Pursuant to the Scheme, fresh certificate of incorporation for change of name 'TML Commercial Vehicles Limited' to 'Tata Motors Limited' was issued by Registrar of Companies on October 29, 2025. Prior to the Scheme becoming effective, Company was a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited.
- The Company was incorporated with the main object of our Company is to carry on the business of design, development, manufacturing and sale of commercial vehicles. As per Composite Scheme of Arrangement between the Company, Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (TMPVL), Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (TMLCVL) and their respective shareholders was implemented in FY 2025, where, the Commercial Vehicle (CV) Business has been demerged from the Passenger Vehicles Business into a new entity, Tata Motors Commercial Vehicles Ltd.
