History of DOMS Industries Limited
The company established its flagship brand, DOMS, in 2005, and it quickly revolutionised the Indian "stationery and art material" industry. In 2012, the company formed a strategic partnership with FILA, Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. (F.I.L.A.), an Italian multinational corporation that supplies a variety of "art materials" and "stationery products with a global presence. This partnership has allowed the company to expand its reach into international markets and enhance its R&D and technological capabilities.
Subsequently, the business bought Pioneer Stationery Private Limited, a business that produced, marketed, and distributed paper stationery products.
The company bought a minority share in ClapJoy Innovations Private Limited in 2023; the company makes and sells "toys." This acquisition is consistent with their goal of expanding the range of products they offer by venturing into areas related to children, young adults, and their formative years.
Additionally, in 2023, DOMS bought the majority of Micro Wood Private Limited, a company that produces packing materials made of paper and tin. This acquisition fits the company's plan to increase manufacturing backward integration to a higher level. Stay updated with DOMS Industries share price for more insights.
