Max Heights Infrastructure Limited was initially incorporated as Ruchi Vanijya Company Limited in 1981 and was subsequently changed in May 2008, altering a change in name of the Company to Max Heights Infrastructure Limited. The Company is a burgeoning Real Estate Company that operates under the management control of experienced promoters with a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate Sector. The Company specializes in developing residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties that cater to the evolving needs of its clients. Presently, it is providing integrated turnkey construction services in the industrial, commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors of the construction industry. The company also into the business of property development. The Company was formed to carry on the development in residential real estate sector during the year 1981. In 1990, it had constructed several affordable high quality residential houses for mid-income group. It launched business mall projects in North West Delhi during 2000. In 2007, Company launched affordable apartments, Maxheights, In Kundli. During financial year 2008-09, Indovest Financial Services Ltd, North Delhi Construction and Investment Pvt Ltd & Shyam Motels Pvt Ltd were merged with and into the Company. In 2010, the Company launched Metro View, an integrated small township apartments in Kundli, launched My Floors, Phase-2 of Metroview Township during the period 2013, launched Super Luxury apartments, Aravali One, in Suraj Kund in FY2014.
