About

Vas Infrastructure Limited, initially incorporated in February, 1994 as a Private Limited Company as 'Vasparr Consultancy Services Private Limited' was converted into a Public Limited Company in September, 1994. The Company was renamed to Vas Animation & Entertainment Limited' (VAEL) during the year 1999-2000 and thereafter, to 'Vas Infrastructure Limited' w.e.f. 29 July, 2006. The Company was originally promoted by Jayesh V Valia and Nimesh S Joshi and is directly engaged in the business of Development of Real Estate, residential facilities including construction, infrastructure. During year 1998-99, Company diversified into new areas of activities in Entertainment and Software/Hardware in Computer System and manufacture and sale of plastic, metal drums/barrels. The Company commenced new line of activity, infrastructure work effective from April 1, 2006. At present, the Company is non-operational, and any new projects shall be undertaken by the Successful Resolution Applicant, subject to the approval of the Resolution Plan by the Hon'ble NCLT.
