Vishwas Agri Seeds Limited was originally formed as a Partnership firm in the name and style of 'M/s. Vishwas Agri Seeds ', pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated December 1, 2009. Later on, 'M/s. Vishwas Agri Seeds' was converted from a partnership Firm to 'Vishwas Agri Seeds Private Limited', a Private Limited Company vide certified dated March 03 2013 by Register of Companies Gujarat. Thereafter, the Company got converted into a Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to 'Vishwas Agri Seeds Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 07, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. Presently, Company is in the business of processing quality seeds and supplying to farmers via there distribution network. Company sell its seeds under the brand name 'Vishwas Initially, the Company started its business with small scale seed processing unit in Gondal, Rajkot in 2009. In July 2023, it started commercial operations of its own seed sorting & grading unit along with Warehouse & Cold storage facility at Taluka Bavla, in Ahmedabad District of Gujarat. Further, the company is in process of setting up its own corporate office building within the premise of the said seed processing unit. In October 2023, Company started the commercial use of the new facility at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The said facility is strategically located in easy access to farmers and transportation network. Company issued 30,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising a fresh issue of Rs 25.8 crores in March 2024 by way of its IPO process. Company is also planning to setup an in-house seed testing laboratory to improve the quality of the existing products, come with new products and its variants.
