DAPS Advertising Limited was originally incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name 'DAPS Advertising Private Limited' under Companies Act, 1956 dated April 29, 1999 at Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur. Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of 'DAPS Advertising Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion to Public Company was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on September 20, 2018. The Company came up with an Initial Public Offer by issuing 17,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, by raising money aggregating to Rs 5.1 Cr. in November, 2022. Led by the Promoters, Mr. Akhilesh Chaturvedi, Mr. Dharmesh Chaturvedi and Mr. Paresh Chaturvedi, Company is a leading agency specializing in crafting innovative and effective advertising solutions. Their expertise encompasses Display ads, creative ads, recruitment ads, and tender ads; Comprehensive corporate services and product presentations. It excel in creating impactful campaigns across print media, outdoor media, and electronic media. Their strategic entry into Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) advertising reflects the ability to adapt and innovate, offering clients cutting-edge solutions that blend traditional and digital advertising. It also produce top-notch video films and deploy them through a range of resources, including LED vans, cinemas, and televisions. The Company covers advertisement modes such as newspapers, brochures, magazines, television channels, FM channels and display of outdoor hoardings etc. DAPS Advertising is an INS (Indian Newspaper Society) accredited Company, which acts as an intermediary between clients and media and its scope of services includes assisting clients in choosing the optimal advertisement channel in accordance with their budget and regional preference, designing of advertisement, negotiating and booking ad space with chosen media agency and ensuring publication of requisite advertisement. Company empaneled with DAVP (Directorate of Advertising and Visual Publicity) as multimedia agency, by the opening of new avenues to collaborated with the Central and State Governments and various government bodies in FY25. It ventured into producing advertisement films and promotional content for major clients.
