Esconet Technologies Limited was originally incorporated on March 30, 2012 as 'Esconet Technologies Private Limited'. Subsequently, Company transitioned into a Public Limited Company, attaining as ' Esconet Technologies Limited' on September 21, 2023. Founded in 2012, Esconet Technologies has evolved from a trusted hardware and software vendor into a comprehensive technology partner, serving both private and public sector organizations. It is recognized as a premier system integrator, delivering cutting-edge solutions in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, managed services, storage servers, network security, virtualization and data security. The comprehensive solutions cater to the needs of SMEs, large enterprises, and public sector clients. Furthermore, Esconet has expanded its scope of business to the cloud services domain through its wholly owned subsidiary, ZeaCloud Services. The Company issued and allotted 33,60,000 equity shares having the face value of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 28.22 crore through IPO on February 20, 2024. Company harness innovation to engineer systems that embody strength and agility, capable of adapting to emerging challenges and accelerating growth. Recognizing the demand in the Indian market, the Company has introduced its brand, HexaData, specializing in high-performance Servers, Workstations, and storage systems in FY 2025. Additionally, Esconet's strategic collaboration with NVIDIA has resulted the growth into Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) domain, through the enhancement of servers, data centers and workstations. The Company acquired a 70% stake in Fluidech IT Services Private Limited, enhancing the scope to advanced cybersecurity services, including network protection, risk management and managed security operations. The operational scale of business has expanded through strategic infrastructure upgrades, market entry initiatives and service diversification in FY25.
