Panth Infinity Limited was initially incorporated as Synergy Bizcon Limited in April 1993. Subsequently, Company was taken over by Jyoti Prakash Bapna in October, 1995 and the name of the Company was changed to Panth Infinity Limited upon issue of Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 7, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh. Initially, the Company was providing consultancy services in the field of construction and real estate development. In 1996, the company took up a project for residential housing with a proposed construction area of 5 lac sq ft at Neemuch on contract basis. It came out with a public issue in Jul.'96 to finance the cost of the project. Company has been engaged in trading of diamond and precious stones for quite a few years now. Incorporated in 1993, Company had seet a benchmark in the diamond trading business, It is coming up with a unique e-commerce platform. This new revolutionary platform will not only help promote the existing brands but also lend a much desired support to the newly launched brands.
