Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company in the name and style of 'Sayaji Hotels (Vadodara) Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated May 10, 2018 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to 'Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation on December 28, 2021 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai. The Company is primarily engaged in the business of owning, operating & managing hotels. Hotel Sayaji reflects the true spirit of Indore, Central India's financial capital, in the way it brings together tradition and contemporary luxury. Major tourist destinations in the city, like Vijay Nagar and Khajrana Ganesh Temple, are within 5 km of the hotel. The Company underwent a Scheme of Arrangement between Sayaji Hotels Limited (SHL), Ahilya Hotels Limited and the Company in 2024-25, whereby, the entire Indore Business of Sayaji Hotels Limited was transferred and demerged into and with the Company as a going concern, making it effective on August 01, 2023. As per the terms of the said Scheme, the Company has alloted 30,46,605 equity shares on 6th September, 2023. Further, 4 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company were issued and allotted for every 23 Fully Paid-Up Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each held in Sayaji Hotel Ltd., which got listed in Exchange on January 15, 2024.
