Sonu Infratech Limited was originally formed and registered as a Partnership Firm in the name 'M/s. Sonu Enterprises', pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated September 01, 2001. Thereafter the Constitution of the Firm were changed on July 6, 2017 by admission of partners and subsequently, 'M/s. Sonu Entreprises' was converted into a Public Company to 'Sonu Infratech Limited' dated September 29, 2017 via certificate Incorporated issued from the Central Registration Center. In May 2022, the Company came up with a public issue of 24,00,000 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 8.64 Crores through Fresh Issue. The Company began life as a Civil Construction and Contracting Company and executed many prestigious Industrial projects successfully. Sonu Infratech is an innovative company in the infrastructure sector, specializing in Civil Construction, Structural Painting, Mechanical Scaffolding, and Project Management. Presently. the Company is doing Civil projects of Production Plants, Infrastructure Job, different Heavy Structures and Culverts, Industrial Painting, Scaffolding and Maintenance Jobs at Reliance Industries Ltd. and Jamnagar Export Refinery Projects (JERP), DTA & J3 Project. Since 2005, the Company is having annual rate of all Civil Work, Structural Painting, Scaffolding With Reliance Industries Ltd. and Jamnagar Export Refinery Projects. Company acquired Arpit Techno Infra Private Limited as subsidiary on March 11, 2025.
