Tyche Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Siris Soft Limited on July 23, 1998. The Company changed the name to 'Tyche Industries Limited' with due approval from the RoC in 2004. TIL is one of the largest manufacturers in India of Glucosamine Hydrochloride and corresponding sodium and potassium salts which are mainly exported to USA and Europe. Company's operations are predominantly related to the manufacture of bulk drugs intermediates. The company has established two advanced development centers in the area of e-commerce in New Jersey, USA and Hyderabad. The company has three business models namely offshore solutions, offsite solutions and onsite solutions. It has entered into strategic alliance with Allegheny Digital Corp, Organic Online Inc, Transaction Information System Inc, CMC and Business Software Solutions Inc. Company entered into manufacture of fine chemicals by acquiring a facility near Kakinada of Andhra Pradesh in 2004. It started anufacture of fine Chemicals. Construction of 100% EOU plant in FY 2004-05. The Company has developed good reputation as a quality and reliable manufacturer and exporter of API's, Intermediates and Nutraceuticals, the company expects to develop adequate revenues from these segments in future. TIL is one of the largest manufacturers in India of Glucosamine Hydrochloride and corresponding sodium and potassium salts which are mainly exported to USA and Europe. The overseas Regulatory approvals facilitated entry of the Company into the overseas advanced regulatory markets. The company has obtained US FDA recognition for its facilities in Kakinada. The company is in the process of filings for more ANDA's in the coming future.
