V R Infraspace Limited was originally incorporated as 'V R Infraspace Private Limited' as a private company vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 16, 2015, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. As a result, the Company got converted from a private limited to public limited and the name of Company changed to V R Infraspace Limited. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 10, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. V R Infraspace is an integrated construction and real estate development company, focused mainly on residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and social infrastructure projects. The Company developed projects catering to the middle income and high-income group. They concentrated on developing luxury, yet affordable, housing into the residential segment. Their residential buildings were designed with amenities like security systems, sports and recreational facilities, play areas and electricity back-up. The Company launched first residential project in Vadodara i.e. VR Celebrity Luxuria in 2016-17 comprising total 72 residential units with 3 BHK and 4 BHK flats which got completed in March 2019. It thereafter, launched commercial project i.e. VR One in 2017-18; and residential project i.e. VR Imperia in 2019-20. On June 19, 2023, Company acquired a 51% stake in M/s. Daxon Realty, making it a subsidiary of the Company. On 6 March 2024, Company launched the IPO by raising Rs 20.4 crores comprising a fresh issue of 24,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each. In FY 2024-25, the Public Works Department (PWD) of the Government of Madhya Pradesh granted the Company a Contractor Registration Certificate, authorizing the Company to undertake civil construction works for various government construction departments, semi-government institutions, public sector undertakings, and corporations across the state. The Company secured subcontracted work orders from Integrity Infrabuild for the construction of Box Culverts in Morva and Halol regions of Panchmahal District, Gujarat. It received a subcontract from Kevadiya Construction for the execution of a prestigious government project - 'Dindigul City Municipal Corporation - Providing Underground Sewerage System in Left Out and Uncovered Areas,' costing approx. Rs. 114.23 Crores. To efficiently manage this large-scale project, the Company has established a branch office in Tamil Nadu, by entering into the southern infrastructure development. It received another subcontract from Integrity Infrabuild for resurfacing of various roads in Songadh Taluka, Gujarat in May, 2025. The Office of the Executive Engineer, Roads and Buildings Division, Devbhumi Dwarka, issued a certificate registering the Company in Special Category-II (Road) class in July, 2025. received formal Gujarat RERA (GujRERA) registration for the upcoming commercial project, 'V R Capital' in August, 2025.
