Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited, formerly known as Antony Waste Handling Cell Private Limited was incorporated on 17 January, 2001. The name of the Company was changed to a public limited Company on December 17, 2018. Company is part of the Antony' Group which has diversified business interests, including in the automotive body-building and ancillary industries. The Company has grown into one of India's leading integrated municipal solid waste management organisations, delivering sustainable environmental solutions across the full circular-waste ecosystem. Their services cover the entire MSW value chain, from door-todoor collection to transportation, segregation, processing, resource recovery, waste-to-energy generation, waste management in landfills and legacy waste remediation. Using this holistic approach, we support municipalities in creating cleaner, smarter and more sustainable cities, and in optimizing and minimizing the use of resources and their environmental impact. The Company has built fleet of over 2,600 specialized vehicles and state-of-the-art processing plants - backed by proven delivery on largescale projects, including long term management of one of Asia's largest engineered landfill facilities at Kanjurmarg, Mumbai. It serve millions of urban residents across multiple cities and are established as a trusted long term partner to urban local bodies and municipal authorities. It actively facilitate recycling of waste to valuable resources like RDF, composting and generation of renewable energy. Waste-to-energy initiatives contribute KPI Dashboard meaningfully to India's transition towards cleaner energy systems by supporting landfill diversion, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and advancing circular resource utilisation. During the FY2019-20, 122691 Series D Preference shares have been converted into equity shares in the ratio of 1:1. Further the company had issued Bonus Shares in the ratio of 1:1 vide resolution of the shareholders dated 09 December 2019. The Company launched Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 9,523,345 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each, consisting a fresh issue of 2,698,412 equity shares and the offer for sale of 6,824,933 equity shares in December, 2020. The Company in 2023, expanded C&T operations and integrated them with the Command & Control Centres in cities like Varanasi and Jhansi. It commissioned the Integrated Waste to Energy Plant at Pimpri Chinchwad in 2023. The Company launched the Waste-to-Energy (WtE) project at Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC)in FY 2024. In 2025-26, AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited has merged with and into the Company with prior consent from Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (NCLT), making THE Scheme of Arrangement effective from April 1, 2025. The Company along with Jigar Transport and M.K. Enterprises, was awarded two projects by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation for the collection and transportation of approximately 1,250 TPD of municipal solid waste across various wards of Mumbai city in December 2025. Pursuant to the award of these projects, the Company incorporated Mumbai Eco Solutions Private Limited as a Special Purpose Vehicle for project execution, in which the Company holds 51% stake during 2026.
