Pidilite Industries Limited, founded in 1959, is an Indian multinational corporation that manufactures adhesives. Its headquarters are in Andheri (East), Mumbai. The firm opened its first production plant at Kondivita Village, Mumbai, which is now the company's Corporate Headquarters. In 1990, the firm took a key step toward building its brand awareness by renaming it Pidilite Industries Private Limited. Pidilite acquired the brand M-seal in 2000, laying the groundwork for the creation of a new business, the Maintenance business, in its portfolio.

Pagel Concrete Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides a diverse range of products, such as superplasticisers, water reducers, and concrete curing additives.
  3. Tenax Pidilite India Pvt. Ltd: It is a fully-owned subsidiary of Pidilite Industries Ltd. It is a top maker of geosynthetics such as geotextiles, geogrids, and geomembranes.
