Atishay Limited was initially incorporated on March 30, 2000, as 'Atishay Infotech Private Limited'. Subsequently, the status converted into Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Atishay Infotech Limited' dated May 13, 2013 and again was changed from Atishay Infotech Limited to Atishay Limited dated January 06, 2016. The Company made a public issue of 23,20,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each and raised funds aggregating to Rs 3.71 Crore in September, 2014. Atishay Limited is a leading Indian Company specialising in digital solutions across various sectors, including e-Governance, financial inclusion and IT consulting and software development services. With over 25 Years of expertise, the Company has played a crucial role in transforming public sector services through advanced technology. It offers a wide range of services, including customised software development, banking correspondence and financial inclusion services, catering to both government and private sector clients. The Company's strong focus on corporate governance ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining transparency and ethical business practices. The Company provide customised turnkey solutions in hardware, software and networking. The Company joined hands with the Government in supporting their e-Governance projects. Some of these projects include enrolment of Aadhaar cards by the Unique Identification Authority of India Limited (UIDAI). The Company empanelled as an enrollment agency for Aadhaar project in Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar and Gujarat in year 2010. It ventured into retail sector through its projects e-Mitra and Atishay Online in 2015. In 2016, it diversified into the hospitality industry; launched Hotel Atishay in Bhopal; and was empanelled as Systems Integrator with BSNL MP. During year 2018, the Company developed Maxidoo, a cloud based Hotel Enterprise Resource Planning software for hotel management system, which enables hotels automate their operations, augment productivity and boost revenues. In 2019, it launched cash-out service through Aadhaar and Micro ATM. In 2024, Company Secured a project to automate Primary Agriculture Credit Societies (PACS) in Madhya Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh. In 2025, it has launched System Integration and smart class room at government colleges in Himachal Pradesh, enhancing digital learning infrastructure. In 2025-26, Company expanded its geographical presence from 7 to 11 states, establishing a footprint in new states i.e. Karnataka, Bihar, Goa, Uttar Pradesh. Key project wins include ICT Labs and Smart Classrooms in Bihar; electoral roll database projects with the State Election Commission, Karnataka; and expansion as a Local Service Provider (LSP) for eMitra kiosks across Ajmer, Bikaner, and Jaipur divisions in Rajasthan, secured multi-state Ayushman Bharat PVC card, digitization of registration records for the Government of Bihar, and Directorate of Census Operations, Madhya Pradesh. It operationalised Sovereign AI ecosystem in 2025-26, deploying AI Voice Calling, Intelligent Chatbots, Automated Document Analysis and the AI Examiner module, all hosted on domestic infrastructure. It undertook Election Database Management Project and its allied services in Karnataka and Maharashtra, established ICT Labs & Smart Classrooms across the different districts of Bihar. It launched Zapurse, a comprehensive digital financial platform in providing services through a single interface, including banking, Domestic Money Transfer (DMT), micro-ATM services, Aadhaar-enabled Payment Systems (AePS), mobile recharges and other digital payment solutions.
