Beacon Trusteeship Limited is a SEBI registered Debenture Trustee incorporated on December 23, 2015 with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Company provides wide range of trusteeship service across various sectors such as Debenture Trustee Services, Security Trusteeship, Trustee to Alternate Investment Fund (AIF), Trustee to ESOP, Management of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), Securitization Trustee, Bond Trusteeship Services, Escrow Services, Safe Keeping and other allied services. The Company is currently managed by group of professionals expertise in the field of Investment Banking, Finance, Debt Syndication and financial services at large. It provides trusteeship services by acting as intermediary between the Issuer company or entity and investors. The Company as a Debenture Trustee plays a pivotal role in their Scope of work under trusteeship services includes Due diligence, Custodial services, Monitoring compliance, Documentation, Disclosures, Record keeping etc. As a trustee, it plays a crucial role in maintaining investor confidence by safeguarding their interests and promoting transparency and accountability. In 2016, Company secured SEBI license and initiated the listed/unlisted Debenture Trusteeship Assignment. The Company was appointed as Bond Trustee for various PSU's assignments in FY23. Beacon's potential clientele comprises of Banks, Financial Institutions including (Insurance Companies, Mutual Funds and NBFCs,) Government organizations, AIFs, MNCs, Family offices and High Net-worth Individuals in India and overseas. Beacon Trusteeship manages a cumulative Asset base of Rs 9,66,000 Crores including Rs 2,10,000 Crores of Assets under Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). With the help of technology, a dedicated legal and compliance team for each of their products viz. Debenture Trusteeship, Security Trustee for Loans, Alternative Investment Funds, Securitization and Escrow, the Trust give advise to transacting clients and Offer bespoke solutions as per the client's needs. The Company launched the IPO by issuing an aggregate of 5420000 Equity Shares of face value of Rs 10 each and raised Rs 32.52 Crores, comprising a fresh issue of 38,72,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 23.23 Crores and the offer for sale of 15,48,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs 9.28 Crores on May 30, 2024. With this IPO, Company became India's first and only listed Corporate Trustee in FY 2025.
