Incorporated on 3 February, 1986, Radhe Developers (India) Limited is in the business of Construction and Estate Development Activities. On the real estate development front, the Company develops residential, commercial, plotting and social infrastructure projects. The Company was promoted by Ashish Patel and Prafulbhai C. Patel. The foundation of this successful corporate conglomerate was laid in the name of C. Patel & Co. in the business of construction. The company came out with a public issue in Sep.'95 to strengthen the capital base and to fund construction activities for residential and commercial complexes and to broad-base the equity. Further, it diversified into bio-technological activities to implement the above said Project. It acquired 100% stake of M/s Patel Agro Farm Pvt Ltd. It has a niche in various aspects like Design, Sustainability & Customer Satisfaction. The Group is currently developing an estimated 400,000 million sq. ft. of prime real estate development and has 3 ongoing projects across Ahmedabad. Pioneering new trends in the market, the Group introduced varied forms of projects for all consumers. The RDIL Group thereafter completed many projects in Ahmedabad with a variety of projects ranging from Residential Projects like Flats, Bungalows, Farmhouses, etc. to Commercial Projects and Industrial Projects and stands at a threshold in heralding a new chapter of growth for Ahmedabad.
