Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited was originally incorporated as Lohats Ventures Private Limited' a Private Limited Company at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, dated September, 13, 2013. Thereafter, name of the Company was changed to Sathlokhar Synergys Private Limited', on August 06, 2014 and later on, to Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Private Limited' on January 09, 2024. Subsequently, it became Public limited company and the name was changed to Sathlokhar Synergys E&C Global Limited' on February 15, 2024. The Company is an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) turnkey contractor headquartered in Chennai. Incorporated in 2013, the Company has evolved from a regional civil contractor into a pan India EPC enterprise, providing the services across approvals & design, civil & RCC Construction, Pre-Engineered Buildings, Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) systems, solar installations and interior fit outs. The Company serves clients across the industrial, commercial, warehousing, institutional, healthcare and utilities sectors. It delivers turnkey projects with superior quality, faster execution and cost- efficient solutions. The Company undertakes a diverse range of EPC projects across industrial and warehouse facilities, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), commercial, institutional, healthcare, pharmaceutical, residential, hospitality, infrastructure and solar sectors. In addition to EPC services, the Company also provides Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services on a single-point responsibility basis. The Company is recognised as a Government-approved 'A Grade' (ESA 635) Electrical (LT & HT) and MEP Turnkey Contractor. The Company issued 66,38,000 equity shares having the face value of Rs 10 each via initial public offering by raising Rs 92.93 crore in August, 2024. The Company has completed 60 Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) projects and Solar EPC Turnkey Execution projects in FY 2025. In FY26, the Company became an international EPC company. It expanded the business by securing its first overseas EPC project in Sri Lanka in 2026. The PEB manufacturing plant started production on January 28, 2026.
