The said regulations became effective December 1, 2015. Accordingly, all listed entities were required to enter into the Listing Agreement within six months from the effective date. New opportunities like home equity, personal finance, and a foray into factoring and bill payment for the rural hard-to-reach customer may take the Company to new scales of success.
