Ramaa Arikirevula Board Membership

Ramaa Arikirevula (DIN 09465903) was appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Amrutanjan Health Care Ltd on June 30, 2023, to fill the casual vacancy caused by the death of Dr. PSN Murthi. Her appointment will be subject to retirement by rotation and is to be confirmed at the 86th Annual General Meeting. Ramaa holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from St. Francis College for Women, Hyderabad (1985), an M.Sc. in Mathematics from Annamalai University (1988), and a Postgraduate Honours Diploma in Information Technology from NIIT (1990). She also completed a certificate course in C++ from UC Santa Cruz, California (1994). With over fifteen years of experience in Silicon Valley, she played a significant role in the global implementation of the SAP ERP system at Lam Research, a leading semiconductor company. Ramaa is a promoter of the company, holding 8,72,535 equity shares (2.97%) and additional shares through a trust. She is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel of the company.
