About Aik Pipes & Polymers Ltd

  • Aik Pipes & Polymers Limited was originally incorporated on September 19, 2017 as 'AIK Pipes & Polymers Private Limited.' with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
  • Subsequently, Company converted into Public Limited Company and name of Company was changed to 'AIK Pipes & Polymers Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated June 19, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of comprehensive range of HDPE (High density polyethylene) pipes, HDPE Fittings, MDPE (Medium density polyethylene) Pipes and PPR (Polypropylene Random) Pipes facilitating various segments such as Water distribution, Agriculture, Housing and Infrastructure, Telecommunication, Gas transmission, and Sewerage system.
  • The products manufactured are approved by various agencies such as the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology, Indian Oil Corporation, and GAIL.

About Union Quality Plastics Ltd

  • Union Quality Plastics Limited was established in July, 1984.
  • The Company is engaged in manufacturing of polyethylene fabric based products for packaging, shelter, waterproofing and horticultural applications. In 1994, the company expanded the capacity of HDPE woven sacks and tarpaulins from 1080 mtpa to 3600 mtpa and diversified into the production of flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs).
  • It entered into a technical collaboration with Custom Packaging Systems, US, for the manufacture of FIBCs.
  • It also has a 100% buy-back arrangement with the collaborator for the FIBC produced by the company.
  • It came out with a public issue in Nov.'94 to part-finance the project.
