Leading Leasing Finance & Investment Company has allotted 7,31,15,500 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 13 September 2024. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 43,95,65,500/-consisting of 43,95,65,500 fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 1/-each.
