About

Tokyo Finance Limited (TFL) was incorporated as Public Limited Company in November 1994. A Tokyo Group Company, based in Mumbai, expanded its operations in lending activities and to commence other fund based activities like leasing, bill discounting, Bridge finance and investment. TFL came out with a Public Issue in Feb.'96 to fund its working capital requirements. The Company applied to RBI for registration as NBFC. The Company is engaged in the business to advance, deposit or lend money, securities and properties to or with any company, body corporate, firm or association of person with or without securities, to provide seed capital, venture capital, loan capital. The Company's funds are invested mostly in advances to known parties. With the interest rate structure scenario in the country witnessing a downward revision, the Company's income / profit levels are expected to be more or less stagnant in the immediate future.
