  • Marsons Limited was originally incorporated as a private limited company in August, 1976 as 'Marsons Electricals Limited'.
  • The name of the Company was changed from 'Marsons Electricals Limited' to 'Marsons Limited' on 25 August, 2009.
  • At prresent, Company is engaged in manufacturing of Manufacturing, Trading & Servicing of Transformer, Transformer Goods & Other Rental Income. Owing to adherence to International Quality norms and prompt Customer Service, Marsons has developed an excellent brand image and is an ISO 9001:2008 certified Company.
  • Currently, Company manufacture Distribution & Power Transformers ranging from 10 KVA to 160 MVA 220 kV class Furnace Transformers, Dry Type Transformers and various types of Special Application Transformers.
  • Furthermore, a new facility to enhance the manufacturing capability to manufacture EHV Power Transformers upto 315 MVA 400 kV class is in the pipeline.

  • Mr. Jitendra U. Mamtora, Mrs. Karunaben J. Mamtora and Mr. Satyen J. Mamtora promoted the Company.
  • In 1995, the Company's name was changed to 'Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited'.
  • Currently, the company is having 2 manufacturing facilities situated at Changodar and Odhav situated in Ahmedabad.
  • The Company acquired Odhav unit in 2006 as part of the expansion plans. The Company's business mainly comprises of manufacturing and selling of various kinds of transformers such as power, and distribution transformers, furnace transformers, rectifier transformers, and specialised transformers.
