Presently, the Company is engaged in the business of Infrastructure Solutions, Digital Business Solutions and Consulting Solutions. It offers the solutions to their clients including Data Storage Management. - Server infrastructure solutions that maximise IT investment and deliver high performance. - Customized network design and implementation solutions. - Security consolidation and optimisation to capitalise on the current investment. . The Company issued and allotted 22,00,000 equity shares of Rs 5 each, by raising funds aggregating to Rs 11.44 crores, which comprise a fresh issue of 17,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 8.84 crore and the offer for sale of 5,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 2.60 crores on 7th June 2024.
